Jacqueline J. Brown
Jacqueline graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida Honors Program in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She earned both her Juris Doctor degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2007.
Jacqueline started practicing law in 2008 as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting criminal cases for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. Over the next three years she conducted over 40 criminal jury trials.
Since 2010, Jacqueline has worked as a civil trial attorney representing large commercial clients in legal disputes involving contracts, real property title disputes, corporate and business law, accounting and financing, asset protection, banking law, commercial and residential real estate, consumer law and creditor rights, mortgage foreclosures, condominium and homeowner’s associations, and debt collection.
Having conducted over 100 contested civil trials, Jacqueline is a seasoned litigator ready to serve our clients through all facets of litigation including at trial and on appeal.
Jacqueline is a member of the Florida Bar, and its Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, as well as the Hillsborough County Bar Association and its Construction Law Section. She is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District, Northern District, and Southern District of Florida.
Jacqueline is a resident of Tampa and is the proud mother of two sons. In her free time, she enjoys taking them to the beach, reading, and cooking.
