Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Disputes
Disputes can arise regarding the interpretation of rules and regulations that are established by Condominium (“COAs”) and Homeowners’ Associations (“HOAs”).
The purposes, objectives, and goals of the COA or HOA range from specified statements existing in the covenants and restrictions contained within the governing documents to more general considerations such as health, safety, and welfare. Balancing the competing interests of the association as a whole with the individual rights and responsibilities of each property owner can present unique challenges for the Board of COAs and HOAs.
Marlowe McNabb Machnik, P.A. can help you resolve Board disputes that may arise with the association or interpretation of the governing documents.
